Why I am a cruelty free and vegan hair and makeup artist

Happy Sunday!

A lot of you come to me because you love the fact that I am a cruelty free and vegan hair and makeup artist, so I thought I’d start sharing a lot more about that (advised by Zoe at The Vibe)- my inspo, favourite products, why I’m so passionate about it., why we all need to be going cruelty free now and how easy it really is!

It was a slow process for me, consisting of these steps:

Swapping my makeup kit to cruelty free only
Going vegetarian
Finding other cruelty free and vegan hair and makeup artists to follow
A LOT of research into hair and makeup brands
Listening to my vegan friends and watching documentaries
Going vegan!

I never thought I would be vegan a few years ago - vegans used to annoy me! But I was open minded enough to look at information and facts and make my own decisions that align with my values.
